Submit an eligible Claim Redemption Form, which DCMG must receive by 5pm September 30 2025
Ensure your eligible piano purchase is paid in full

DCMG accepts no responsibility for any late or misdirected claims.
Cashback amounts is $750.
Cashback payments will be issued in Australian Dollars by EFT and are inclusive of GST to the Eligible Claimant’s nominated Australian Bank Account. Payments will be made within 60 days of receiving an eligible redemption form.
DCMG takes no responsibility for incorrect bank account details being provided.
DCMG reserves the right to determine the validity of any claim. DCMG’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Eligible Claimants will be notified via their nominated email address that their claim is deemed valid.
If a Claimant returns their Participating Product for a refund or exchange, the claim is no longer deemed eligible to participate in the promotion and the Claimant must return the cash received to DCMG within 30 days.
