We work to dispatch boxed keyboards, boxed digital pianos and accessories by the next business day.
In the event that the item is temporarily out of stock and we need to order it, we will inform you promptly via email of the expected waiting time.
When the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with relevant freight details for your reference.
All acoustic pianos and assembled digital pianos are delivered by specialist piano movers, and the final cost depends on variables such as location, time constraints and delivery access. When you request a delivery quote for one of these instruments, we may contact you to confirm further details, and then email you the quote for you to finalise your cart. Once you have made full payment, we will contact you to confirm shipping information and arrange the best day for delivery. To prevent your Order being delayed, please respond as soon as possible during business hours, Monday to Friday.
All boxed keyboards, digital pianos and large accessories are delivered by TNT Road Express, and small items are delivered by Australia Post. These services are covered by the standard level of Freight Insurance for each service. To arrange a higher Insurance cover please contact us directly on 1300 163 290. Orders include a Tracking Number emailed to your specified email address on dispatch. Please allow up to two (2) days for dispatch unless the product is temporarily out of stock.
Items cannot be sent to PO Box addresses. It is your responsibility to supply us with your correct shipping address. Please contact us if you haven’t received your Order after five business days from dispatch. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly and satisfactorily as possible.
Items are delivered during business hours and require a signature for confirmation of delivery. If there is no-one at the delivery address when the delivery service attempts delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee.
If you elect to pick up instore, you must collect your order within 2 weeks with the relevant confirmation of purchase and any other ID requested by us.
We will do our best to package your order with care. New keyboard and digital piano orders are packaged securely in original manufacturer’s packaging. Whilst we will handle the item carefully while in our possession, we are not responsible for damage once it has been despatched to one of our delivery agencies detailed above. We recommend that you choose one of the insured freight options available if you wish financial protection against damage or loss while in transit.
If you do not receive your order within Australia within 5 working days, please contact 1300 163 290 or email us. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly and satisfactorily as possible.
Items Damaged in Transit
Please DO NOT sign for a package if you suspect it is damaged. Signing for an item means it has been received in good Order, and any damage is no longer the courier’s responsibility. If your item(s) is damaged, you must contact us on 1300 163 290 or via our Contact Us page on our Website to notify us within 24 hours. Please refer to our Returns procedure for return Freight instructions.
As part of our commitment to protect against fraud, we may contact you to verify the account you used to purchase goods via our website before we dispatch them. To prevent your Order being delayed, please respond as soon as possible during business hours, Monday to Friday. We reserve the right to cancel the Order and issue a refund if we cannot complete the security checks satisfactorily.
We deliver to any location in Australia. We do not offer international supply or shipping.
Any item with the “Free Shipping” image displayed ships to ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD and SA metropolitan areas for free on most orders over $100.
Free Shipping is not available to WA, NT, Far North QLD, TAS or any non-metropolitan or remote location within Australia, as determined by us. Shipping charges to these locations will be displayed in the cart during checkout.
There is no free shipping on any acoustic pianos.
Customers must notify us of any deliveries involving stairs, as this can incur a fee – to be paid by the customer BEFORE delivery is confirmed.
It is OHS Standard that any item weighing more than 50kgs will require additional assistance & we will need to inform the movers before the items are collected.
